Sacramento, CA – One Person Hospitalized after Three-Vehicle Accident on Westbound Florin Road near Bowling Drive

Sacramento, CA (August 7, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported that one victim required hospitalization as the result of a three-vehicle accident that took place along the westbound section of Florin Road near Bowling Drive. The incident happened at approximately 4:40 PM on Monday, August 6, 2018. At this time, no detailed information concerning the identities of the people involved in the crash has been announced

According to initial reports from CHP, a black Nissan Maxima, a white Toyota, and a gray Cadillac SUV were traveling along Florin Road when the three vehicles collided. Emergency crews were dispatched to the crash site and transported at least one victim to Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center to receive treatment for non-life threatening injuries.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing. As more evidence continues to surface, more information will be released to public sources.
