San Bernardino, CA – Car Accident Involving Box Truck at Palm Avenue

San Bernardino, CA (February 6, 2019) – On Friday morning, a man from San Bernardino was killed in a car accident involving a box truck at Palm and Irvington Avenues.

Around 11:57 a.m., San Bernardino Police officers and fire department paramedics arrived at the scene of the accident. They found that a 55-year-old man was suffering from grave injuries and transported him to the Community Hospital of San Bernardino where he was pronounced dead around 12:46 p.m.

Through an investigation, police found that the man had been driving a 2010 Ford Edge when his vehicle suddenly ran into the rear of a box truck. Police are not sure what caused the accident to happen between the two vehicles.

Police continue their investigation into the accident at this time.
