San Bernardino, CA – Fatal Accident on Interstate 15 Freeway

San Bernardino, CA (December 7, 2018) A driver suffered fatal injuries on the Interstate 15 Freeway on the evening of December 6th at around 8:11 p.m. Officials reported that a Mercury van crashed into a parked semi-tractor truck and then into a U-Haul truck at the Nipton Road off ramp. When emergency crews arrived at the scene to help, they found the driver of the van dead. Others were also injured, treated, and released at the scene. The accident is currently under investigation.
