DUI Accidents in California
Unfortunately, recent studies show that one person dies every 50 minutes after being involved in a DUI accident. Most DUI accidents occur overnight on the weekends since that’s the time most people are attending bars, clubs, parties, or just hanging out with friends. After excessive alcohol consumption, individuals start to lack self-judgement and partake in hazardous behavior, such as operating a vehicle while having blurred vision and slowed reaction times.
Because this accident happened due to negligent behavior, which consisted of driving under the influence and violating traffic laws, it’s likely that personal injury lawsuits and a wrongful death lawsuit will be filed with the help of a California attorney.
At Brady Law Group, we specialize in both wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits. We have helped thousands of clients successfully pursue negligent parties for damages and losses. If you or someone you know was involved in a DUI accident, call 866-478-6483 for a free consultation today.
