California’s Pedestrian Fatalities
Thousands of pedestrian fatalities will occur in California this year. According to California law, all drivers must yield to pedestrians. While this law appears very straightforward, many drivers will fail to obey it, causing crashes that kill innocent victims.
When a family member dies in a pedestrian crash, it’s incredibly hard to manage the financial and legal obligations while mourning their loss. With time, however, you might find people close to you suggesting that you pursue a wrongful death suit. While a lawsuit will not bring your loved one back, receiving the compensation you legally deserve can create a sense of closure and ease the financial burden.
