San Bruno, CA – Major Injuries Sustained in 380 Freeway Accident

San Bruno, CA, – (November 21, 2018) – A major injury collision occurred early Wednesday morning on the 380 Freeway in San Bruno. The collision took place around 5 am on the freeway, just east of El Camino Real on-ramp.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a silver Chevrolet pickup truck and a silver Crown Victoria were on the 380 freeway heading eastbound, when for unknown reasons they collided. Emergency personnel rushed to the scene and rendered aid to the injured victims. Paramedics transported an unspecified number of people to a local hospital for treatment of major injuries. The vehicles involved in the accident were blocking the freeway lanes after the crash and tow trucks were used to remove the wreckage from the roadway.
