Head-On Collisions in California
Unfortunately, head-on collisions are considered to be the most dangerous types of accidents in the United States. Due to their force of impact being more intense than other types of accidents, they almost always result in fatalities. Most head-on accidents occur overnight and are caused by either drunk or distracted driving. Although, there are some instances when head-on collisions are caused by poorly lit roads or malfunctioning auto parts. No matter the reason, thousands of people lose their lives every year as a result of these crashes.
Once the police finish investigating this accident, it’s likely that a personal injury lawsuit will be filed with the help of a California personal injury attorney.
