San Diego, CA – 4 Injured in Wrong-Way Collision on Interstate 15 Freeway

San Diego, CA (April 22, 2019) On the afternoon of April 21^st, a wrong-way collision happened on the Interstate 15 Freeway. The reports indicate that a vehicle was traveling southbound on the northbound section of the freeway and crashed head-on with several vehicles.

When the paramedics arrived to assist at the scene, they found at least four people injured and immediately took them to nearby hospitals for full evaluations. At least one of the four victims are suffering from major injuries.

The police are thoroughly investigating this accident to determine what caused the driver to end up on the wrong side of the freeway.
