Rollover Crashes in California
Rollovers are extremely dangerous and they have a higher fatality rate than many other kinds of crashes. Of the nearly 9.1 million passenger car, SUV, pickup and van crashes that occurred in one year, however, only 2.1 percent involved a rollover. Despite that, rollovers also accounted for nearly 35 percent of all deaths from vehicle accidents. In one year, more than 7,600 people died in rollover crashes – but the majority of them were not wearing safety belts. If you are a driver or a passenger in a rollover collision, seek a knowledgeable attorney to work with your case and get you the compensation you deserve.
