San Diego, CA. Fatal Crash on 805 Freeway by Home Avenue

San Diego, CA. (July 7, 2018) – California Highway Patrol reported a fatal crash involving two vehicles that took place Saturday morning on the 805 Freeway in San Diego. The devastating crash reportedly occurred at approximately 7:27 a.m. near Home Avenue.

According to the report, a gray Toyota Camry collided with an older model white Toyota Corolla were the vehicles that were involved in the accident. One of the vehicles reportedly overturned during the collision. Authorities confirmed that there was a fatality that resulted from the accident, but no further details were released.

There was no more information provided in regards to the events that led up to the collision. Neither the names nor the condition of any other victims who may have been hurt in the accident has been released. It is presently unclear whether or not there were any injuries besides the fatality.
