Pedestrian Accidents in California
Recent studies show that 127 people were hit and killed in San Diego in 2018. The leading cause of most pedestrian fatalities is driver’s driving distracted, under the influence, or too aggressive on the roads. There are specific laws in the state of California designed to keep pedestrians safe, one of which requires drivers to yield or come to a complete stop when they see a pedestrian on the road. However, drivers still fail to abide by such laws when they choose to partake in negligent behavior.
For families who have lost loved ones in pedestrian accidents caused by the negligence of another driver, they may qualify to file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of a California wrongful death lawyer.
At Brady Law Group, we understand how heartbreaking it is for families to lose their loved ones in pedestrian accidents, which is why we work tirelessly until we help them pursue all potentially negligent parties. Families should not be financially responsible for damages and losses caused by another party’s error.
