San Diego, CA – Several People Injured in a Car Accident at Sigsbee Street and National Avenue
San Diego, California (November 9, 2018) – Several people sustained injuries in a car collision that occurred as a result of a high-speed chase in San Diego. The accident happened at Sigsbee Street and National Avenue on Wednesday, November 7th.
Reportedly, a driver was traveling in the area of Barrio Logan when police attempted to pull over the vehicle for driving erratically. The driver of the vehicle failed to stop and triggered the police pursuit. The driver slammed into an Uber vehicle that was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Sigsbee Street and National Avenue.  The suspects then backed up and fled the scene after the crash. The police and firefighters were dispatched to the crash site where they rendered aid to the female Uber driver and the two occupants. Police are still on the hunt for the vehicle and hit-and-run driver involved in this accident. The identities of those involved in the violent accident were not immediately released.
