San Diego, California – Pedestrian Injured after Suspected Hit-and-Run on Southbound SR 163
San Diego, California (June 29, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported that a pedestrian was injured as the result of a suspected hit-and-run accident that took place on the southbound off-ramp from SR 163 to northbound Interstate 5 near Balboa Park.
