San Francisco, CA – Authorities Identify Driver Responsible for Death of Bicyclist on Turk and Taylor Streets

San Francisco, CA (August 17, 2018) – Recently, a local news source provided updated information about the driver responsible for the death of a bicyclist on Turk and Taylor Streets. The DUI hit-and-run collision took place along Turk and Taylor Streets. As of today, the culprit has been identified as 41-year old Michael Smith and the deceased victim as 65-year old Gregory Blackman.
