San Francisco, CA – Motorcyclist Injured after Traffic Accident on Highway 101 near Duboce Avenue On-Ramp

San Francisco, CA (July 26, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported that a motorcyclist sustained injuries as the result of a traffic accident that took place along Highway 101 near the Duboce Avenue on-ramp. The incident happened at approximately 9:06 p.m. on Thursday, July 26, 2018. At this time, no detailed information concerning the identities of the people involved in the crash has been revealed.

According to the CHP log, the unidentified motorcyclist was traveling down Highway 101 and, for unclear reasons, collided with a white Toyota Highlander in the vicinity of Duboce Avenue. Later, firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the crash site and administered medical aid to the motorcyclist, who had been thrown from the bike as a result of the impact. Officials confirmed the rider had suffered non-life threatening injuries but did not specify if this individual required transportation to a hospital.
