San Francisco, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash Near Treasure Island On-Ramp Causes Delays On Bay Bridge

San Francisco, CA (April 13, 2019) – An accident involving at least seven vehicles occurred on Friday night just after 8 p.m. that injured several people.

California Highway Patrol responded to the scene. The crash took place around 8:18 p.m. on westbound Interstate 80 near the Treasure Island on-ramp and caused severe delays on the Bay Bridge.

Multiple people were hurt in the crash. Emergency responders were called to the scene to render aid.  The injured parties were transported to local hospitals for treatment and further evaluation.

An investigation is ongoing.
