What to Do after a Fatal Car Wreck in California?
Car accidents are always traumatic, may include injuries and of course at least one person is at fault. However, in tragic instances, someone may die during the collision or right afterward. Knowing what to do when this happens is vital.
One path to take after a fatal car wreck is a wrongful death claim. This is possible when the accident causes an injury that leads to the fatality of a driver or passenger. In some circumstances, a surviving family member or a dependent can seek this claim. It is best to contact an attorney well-versed in wrongful death claims.
