Pedestrian Crashes in California
Distracted driving is one of the most common causes of pedestrian crashes. Drivers become attuned to only looking out for other vehicles. A driver who is distracted by texting, changing the radio station, applying makeup, or other behaviors cannot be alert to their surroundings. If pedestrians are not kept in mind, a distracted driver can easily become involved in a pedestrian crash.
The attorneys at the Brady Law group focus on wrongful death and personal injury cases.
