San Jose, CA – Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Accident on Hwy 87

San Jose, CA (November 7, 2018) – At least one person was injured as a result of a traffic collision that occurred Tuesday night in San Jose. According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident transpired on Hwy 87 at approximately 11 p.m.

Authorities have confirmed, two sedans were traveling southbound on Highway 87 when they suddenly collided on the roadway. The force of the impact caused one of the sedans to overturn and become disabled on the highway. Shortly after the collision took place, police and firefighters arrived on the scene and transported at least one person to Valley Medical Center for treatment. Authorities did not specify the number of people involved in the incident or the extent of the injuries sustained by the victim. Police are working to establish the events that led up to this two-vehicle accident.

At this time, authorities are still investigating this accident.
