San Jose, CA – Khoa Ha Dies in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 101
San Jose, CA (February 6, 2019) On the 2nd of February, a fatal motorcycle accident happened on Highway 101 near Metcalf Road at around 2:00 a.m. According to the reports, a man named Khoa Ha was riding his Suzuki GSX-R1000 on the highway when he crashed into a Dodge Charger that was broken down in the northbound lanes. The driver had turned on the vehicle’s hazard lights as she tried restarting the engine. Ha failed to notice the stopped vehicle and crashed into it, causing him to eject into the roadway.
When emergency crews arrived, they found Ha dead at the scene.
The police are currently investigating this accident to determine causation and liability.
