San Jose, CA – Motorcyclist Dies after Brutal Accident at McKee Road and Challenger Avenue
San Jose, CA (July 16, 2018) – Local news sources reported that a motorcyclist died as the result of a brutal accident that took place at McKee Road and Challenger Avenue. The incident occurred at approximately 6:30 PM in the evening on Saturday, July 14, 2018. As of today, authorities have identified the deceased victim as 26-year old Keith McGraw. No additional information concerning the identity of the female motorist involved in the crash has been released at this time.
Based on the initial report, McGraw was riding the motorcycle west down McKee at the same time a 2016 Honda CRV was attempting to make a turn from east McKee to north Challenger. At one point, for indeterminate reasons, McGraw’s bike collided with the CRV. Afterward, the rider was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to severe trauma and died.
Law enforcement officials have confirmed the female motorist stayed at the crash site and spoke with authorities.
As of now, the investigation into the cause of the collision is still ongoing.
