San Jose, CA – Motorcyclist Injured in Collision on CA-85 Near Blossom Hill Rd

San Jose, CA (April 17, 2019) On the afternoon of April 16^th, a motorcycle collision happened on Highway 85 near the Blossom Hill Road on-ramp.

The California Highway Patrol reported that a motorcycle rear-ended a gray Subaru Outback for unknown reasons at approximately 4:54 p.m.

When the ambulance got to the collision site, they found both the motorcyclist and the motorcycle on the roadway. They treated the injured rider accordingly and may have taken him to a hospital for further treatment.

The driver of the Subaru Outback remained at the scene as officials conducted an investigation.  They were not injured in the crash.

Our thoughts are with the injured motorcyclist and his family at this time.  We hope that he will make a full recovery from the injuries he sustained in this crash.
