San Jose, CA. Train Accident with Car Claims the Lives of Two People

San Jose, CA. (July 8, 2018) – According to San Jose authorities, two people were fatally injured following a motor vehicle accident between a car and a VTA light rail train near Lincoln and Auzerais Avenues Sunday afternoon. The fatal collision occurred at approximately 12:34 p.m. in San Jose.

The report stated that a vehicle with apparently two people inside collided with the train that was heading north at the intersection. Both people who were in the car died from their injuries sustained in the crash. There were no details pertaining to the identity of either victim at this time.
