We extend our deepest condolences and most heartfelt thoughts and prayers to the family members of Joseph Moreno.
San Jose Pedestrian Accident and Wrongful Death
Investigators are currently working to be sure they make the most accurate assessment possible. There is a highly likely chance that either the driver of the dump truck or the facility where the accident occurred, or both, may be held liable for Moreno’s death. Depending on the final results of the investigation, there might very well be grounds for a wrongful death claim to follow. Of course, the choice to file a claim for compensation is a personal matter that may only be handled by the family members of the victim.
