San Leandro, California – Vehicle Crashes into Residential Care Facility on Elgin Street

San Leandro, California (July 2, 2018) – Local news sources reported a collision outside a residential care facility took place in the 1100 block of Elgin Street. The incident occurred at roughly 9:45 AM in the morning on Tuesday, July 3, 2018.
