Sanger, CA. Victim of Fatal Car Accident at McKinley and Del Rey Avenues Identified as Robert Jackson

Sanger, CA. (July 2, 2018) – The Fresno County Coroner’s office confirmed the identity of a man who was killed in a motor vehicle last week in Sanger. 49-year-old Robert Jackson of Sanger was the victim of a fatal crash that occurred on June 26 at the intersection of Del Rey and McKinley Avenues.

Local police have released very few details concerning this accident. At this time, it is only known that at least two vehicles were involved in the fatal collision. No details concerning the time the accident occurred or the events leading up to the crash have been made available. Police have also not stated whether or not any other parties were injured during the accident.

As of right now, Sanger police are in charge of the investigation, and it is not clear what caused the accident or if Jackson was pronounced dead at the scene or at the hospital. Investigators are most likely looking to prove who may have been liable for this crash.
