Santa Ana, CA – Woman Injured in Pedestrian Accident on E First St
Santa Ana, CA (June 5, 2019) On the evening of June 4th, a pedestrian crash happened in the 1500 block of East First Street. A vehicle struck a woman as she was crossing the street at around 11:30 p.m. The impact of the crash sent the woman about 50 feet away from crash site.
When the ambulance arrived to help, they found the injured woman lying in the road suffering from moderate injuries. They immediately took her to the nearest hospital for treatment.
The Santa Ana Police Department is currently investigating the accident. Fortunately, the driver responsible stayed at the scene. The police don’t believe alcohol or drugs were contributing factors.
