Motorcycle Accidents in California

Studies show that in 2016, over 500 motorcyclists suffered fatal injuries after being involved in a motorcycle accident in California. The most common cause of motorcycle accidents is other drivers not paying attention to their surroundings. Since motorcyclists are already difficult for drivers to notice, using cell phones, conversing with passengers, applying makeup, eating, or doing anything else distracting, makes it easier for motorcycle accidents to happen. It only takes a few moments for an accident to occur and potentially take someone’s life, as was the case in this collision.

The police are working to find out if negligence played a role in causing this accident. If so, the motorcyclist’s family could file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of an attorney.

Because wrongful death lawsuits are complex, it’s important that families seek experienced attorneys to assist them with the legal process. At Brady Law Group, we have the compassion and experience required to help our clients successfully obtain compensation for funeral costs, pain and suffering, emotional distress, and more.
