Santa Clara, CA – Three-Vehicle Crash Leads to Injuries on Highway 101

Santa Clara, CA (February 16, 2019) – Authorities continue to investigate a three-vehicle crash that took place last evening on Highway 101 near Highway 85.

The California Highway Patrol investigated the accident on February 15, to find that three vehicles collided with one another. Though the circumstances leading to the accident are not clear, one of the vehicles caught on fire after the crash.

Paramedics had to extricate one person who was trapped inside their vehicle. The victim, who has not yet been identified, was transported to the hospital for treatment.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
