Santa Clara, CA – Multi-Vehicle Traffic Crash on Highway 17

Santa Clara, CA (January 7, 2019) On the 5^th of January, a multi-vehicle traffic crash happened on Highway 17 just before 2:00 p.m. According to the reports, multiple vehicles crashed into each other for unknown reasons just north of Summit Road. When emergency crews arrived at the scene to help, they found multiple children injured and transported them to nearby hospitals for treatment. Crews shut down lanes for about an hour as they worked to clear the scene. The accident is currently under investigation.
