Vehicle Accidents in California
Studies show that about 500,000 truck accidents occur every year in the United States. The most common causes of truck accidents are usually driver’s error or fatigue. In this case, it appears that the pickup truck driver may be held responsible depending on what caused her to veer into the westbound lanes. The police are currently investigating road conditions as well as vehicle conditions to check for any mechanical errors. They’re also checking to see if the driver drove impaired or fatigued. Depending on what they uncover, it’s possible that a wrongful death lawsuit and a personal injury lawsuit will be filed.
