Los Angeles County Personal Injury Lawyer

Authorities are working hard to determine what specifically caused the crash. Forensic teams will examine photographs of the crash site and inspect both vehicles for mechanical issues or system failure. Officials will also consider if drunk driving, drug abuse, negligence, distracted driving, or reckless behavior played any part in the events leading up to the crash. Law enforcement has not determined which driver was at fault, as of now.

In the case of a traffic accident caused by negligence or distracted driving, the non-guilty victims have the legal right to file personal injury lawsuits against the guilty party. By seeking legal assistance, these individuals can receive compensation for a variety of issues including medical bills, vehicle insurance, and painful injuries.
