Santa Rosa, CA – Driver Killed in DUI Accident on Highway 101
Santa Rosa, CA (March 21, 2019) – On the evening of March 20th, a DUI accident happened on Highway 101, just south of River Road. According to the reports, a silver Ford Fusion was headed southbound on the highway when it crashed into the back of a blue Honda Civic.
The impact of the crashed caused the Honda to strike a guardrail, roll into a fence, and then finally hit a tree. This tragic accident took place at 10:59 p.m.
When the paramedics arrived, they found the driver of the Honda dead at the scene. The police arrested the driver of the Ford due to suspicion of driving under the influence.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
