Selma, CA- Head-on Crash Injures Two on S. Fowler Ave Near Conejo Ave

Selma, CA (April 2, 2019)- A possible wrong-way, head-on crash sent two people to the hospital on March 29 at around 4:15 pm on Fowler Avenue in Selma.

The California Highway Patrol stated that the crash involved a white Chevrolet Silverado and a black Ford Fiesta. Initially, the crash was described as a head-on collision, but authorities are also investigating whether or not the crash was due to wrong-way driving.

Emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene to treat the injured. One person was taken to Community Regional Medical Center while a second was taken to Kaweah Delta Urgent Care in Visalia. Details about the type and severity of the victims’ injuries were not reported.

No other details about the crash are known at this time.

An investigation into the cause of the crash is underway.
