Selma, CA – One Person Hospitalized after Two-Vehicle Accident near E Conejo and S Fowler Avenues
Selma, CA (August 7, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported that one victim required hospitalization as the result of a two-vehicle accident that took place in the area of E Conejo and S Fowler Avenues. The incident occurred at approximately 3:36 PM on Monday, August 6, 2018. At this time, no detailed information concerning the identities of the people involved in the crash has been released.
Based on initial reports from CHP, a blue pickup truck and a white van were traveling in the Selma area when the two vehicles collided at E Conejo and S Fowler. The wrecked vehicles proceeded to block oncoming traffic at the intersection.
Paramedics were dispatched to the crash site and brought at least one victim to a nearby hospital. Medical personnel reported this individual had suffered non-life threatening injuries during the impact.
At this time, no other injuries were confirmed, and authorities dispatched tow trucks to clear the roadway.
