Siskiyou, CA – Jack Ratliff and Son Killed in Semi-Crash on US-97 at Solus Dr
Siskiyou, CA (June 21, 2019) – The California Highway Patrol has reported that a man and his son were killed after being involved in a semi-truck collision on US-97 at the intersection with Solus Dr. The crash was reported by authorities to have taken place on Thursday, June 20th, at around 10:40 a.m.
Officials state that a semi truck traveling northbound on US-97 who then struck a 1992 Jeep occupied by 45-year-old Jack E. Ratliff and his 13-year-old son.
The driver of the semi truck, 32-year-old Gupreet Singh, stopped after the crash and cooperated with police officials.
The case is still under investigation, and authorities are seeking more witnesses to provide information on the incident.
