Bicycle Accidents in California
Studies show that the number of bicycle accidents that occur in the United States continues to increase every year. The leading cause of most of these accidents is negligent driving. For example, when drivers fail to check their rear views or blind spots, they’re more likely to hit a bicyclist and seriously hurt or kill them.
The police are currently investigating this accident to figure out why the pickup truck struck these bicyclists. Once they finish their investigation, it’s likely that a wrongful death and personal injury lawsuit could be filed with the help of a California attorney.
At Brady Law Group, we have fought for the rights of many bicyclists over the years and helped them prove their negligence claims. If you or someone you know was injured in a bicycle accident, call 866-478-6483 for a free consultation today.
