Sonora, CA – Woman Suffers Injuries After Struck by Vehicle at Junction Shopping Center
Sonora, CA (March 7, 2019) – On the afternoon of March 6th, a pedestrian accident happened in front of a Wells Fargo ATM at the Junction Shopping Center, near 13775 Mono Way.
According to the reports, a 73-year-old driver named Carol Reising was parking her 2005 Kia Optima near the Wells Fargo ATM when she accidentally drove over the curb and onto the sidewalk, striking 67-year-old Linda Cosgrove.
When the paramedics arrived to help, they found Cosgrove suffering from major injuries and transported her to a nearby hospital in Modesto for treatment.
The police are currently investigating what led up to the detrimental accident.
