Soquel, CA. Crash on Cabrillo Highway 1 Injures 2 People

Soquel, CA. (June 28, 2018) – A California Highway Patrol report stated that two people were injured in an accident involving a large tractor-trailer on Cabrillo Highway 1, Thursday morning. The accident occurred at approximately 10:07 a.m. in the northbound lanes near Bay Avenue and Porter Street.

Reportedly, the collision took place when someone driving a gray Nissan Versa collided with a red commercial tractor-trailer. Emergency responders arrived immediately on the scene to help the victims of the accident. At least one person had to be airlifted to a nearby hospital, although the victims’ condition is uncertain at this time. One other person was taken by ground ambulance to a hospital for relatively minor to moderate injuries.
