Wrongful Death Lawyer
Hit-and-run incidences should never be taken lightly. Fleeing the scene of an accident is considered a cowardly, criminal act and can result in serious consequences, including charges of felony. As such, it appears the driver will be held accountable for causing the collision and, ultimately, the death of the bicyclist.
Based on this information, the family of the bicyclist will have the legal right to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the guilty party. By seeking legal assistance, these individuals can receive much-needed compensation for a variety of issues including medical bills, tragic loss, and wrongdoing.
