South Whittier, CA – Bicyclist Struck by Pickup Truck on Leffingwell and Stamy Roads

South Whittier, CA (August 3, 2018) – A motor vehicle accident reportedly left a bicyclist injured on Leffingwell Road and Stamy Road on Friday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. The injurious accident that occurred between a vehicle and the bicyclist apparently took place at approximately 7:20 a.m.

The report released by the California Highway Patrol stated that the accident had occurred when a gray GMC pickup truck struck the bicycle rider while they were riding along Leffingwell and Stamy Roads. However, the exact spot where the collision took place has not been detailed. The Los Angeles County Fire Department was immediately called to the scene in order to attend to the injured victim.
