Sunnyvale, CA – Ernesto Almazo Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 101

Sunnyvale, CA (January 17, 2019) – 30-year-old Ernesto Almazo was involved in a motorcycle accident involving another motor vehicle on Highway 101 on Wednesday morning, January 16.

At the time, a black Lexus had been traveling northbound and collided with Almazo’s motorcycle. The accident took place near the Lawrence Expressway off-ramp around 7:46 a.m.

Emergency responders, including paramedics, arrived at the scene of the accident and found Almazo lying in the middle of the roadway. They found that he received lacerations to his right arm.

The No. 1 lane was closed for quite some time following the crash so that investigators could clear the scene. At this time, an investigation into the matter continues to take place.
