Sunnyvale, CA – One Person Injured in Car Collision on Highway 101 near Highway 237
Sunnyvale, CA – (November 12, 2018) – One person was injured in a collision that occurred Monday morning on a highway in Sunnyvale. The crash transpired at approximately 7:43 am on southbound Highway 101, just north of Highway 237.
Reportedly, a gray Honda collided with a white Toyota Sienna while the two vehicles were traveling southbound on Highway 101. The force of the impact pushed the Honda off the roadway and into the bushes. Responding paramedics rushed to the crash site to render aid to the victims that sustained injuries in the accident. An ambulance was used to transport an unspecified number of people to a local hospital for treatment. Both vehicles were towed away from the collision scene as evidence. Authorities are working to determine the sequence of events that led up to the collision.
At this time, an investigation is currently underway.
