Sylmar, CA. Pedestrian Accident on Larkspur Street Results in 2 Deaths

Sylmar, CA. (July 3, 2018) – A local news source in Sylmar reported a pedestrian accident Monday night in the 14900 block of Larkspur Street that tragically claimed the lives of two people. The two pedestrians were reportedly struck by a motorist near Borden Avenue at approximately 10:00 p.m.

The Los Angeles Police Department was immediately on the scene in order to assist the injured victims. One man and one woman were found seriously hurt upon the arrival of the police. Officers promptly called paramedics to the scene, and despite their best efforts, both victims, unfortunately, died from the injuries they had sustained in the accident.

At this time, police do not suspect alcohol or drugs as a factor in the crash.
