Tulare, CA – Victims in Collision on Spacer Drive and Avenue 192 Identified

Tulare, CA (August 7, 2018) – A local news source recently provided updated information regarding a man who sustained traumatic injuries during a fatal collision that took place near Spacer Drive and Avenue 192. The incident occurred on Saturday, August 4, 2018. As of today, the injured victim has been identified as 27-year old Tulare resident Alberto Cisneros. Authorities recently identified the deceased driver involved in the crash as 21-year old Brittany Briscoe.

Briscoe had been driving a gray 2013 Chevrolet sedan north along Spacer Drive at the same time Cisneros was driving a white 2001 Chevrolet pickup truck along the southbound lanes on Spacer. Briscoe swerved across the double-yellow line and veered into the line of traffic. As a result, the sedan collided with the front of the pickup truck.

Medical personnel transported Cisneros to Kaweah Delta Medical Center in Visalia where he received treatment for traumatic injuries. Records indicate he was in critical condition.

Briscoe was killed during the impact, and authorities are still investigating a possible cause for the crash.
