Turlock, CA – Guadalupe Maldonado Injured in Serious Collision at Washington and Harding

Turlock, CA (February 25, 2019) – 19-year-old Guadalupe Maldonado was injured in a serious collision that took place at the intersection of Washington and Harding Roads on Friday afternoon.

At the time, Maldonado had been driving his Honda Civic and was headed north on Washington Road when his vehicle was struck. Police say that 56-year-old Jose Borba had been driving west in his Toyota Tundra and stopped at the intersection with Washington Road, which is when Borba’s vehicle crossed into Maldonado’s path.

The California Highway Patrol said that Maldonado had been going about 58 mph but had the right-of-way.

Paramedics were called to the scene of the crash, where they found Maldonado with serious injuries and transported them to the hospital. Police continue their investigation of the accident at this time.
