Tustin, CA – Automobile Accident on Interstate 15 Freeway

Tustin, CA (December 7, 2018) On the night of December 5th, an automobile crash happened along the 5 Freeway near Newport Avenue. Officials reported that the rain caused a passenger vehicle to spin out of control and crashed with a semi-truck. The impact of the passenger vehicle pinned underneath the tractor-trailer and almost caught on fire. When emergency crews arrived at the scene, they found four passengers stuck inside of the passenger vehicle, three of which obtained injuries. Two of the injured victims were transported to Orange County Global Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the tractor-trailer did not obtain injuries. The accident is currently under investigation.
