UPDATE: La Habra, CA – Jeanine Salisbury Killed in Fatal Six-Vehicle Accident on Lambert Road

La Habra, CA (February 13, 2019) On the 11^th of February, a fatal six-vehicle accident happened at the intersection of Lambert Road and Idaho Street at approximately 7:09 p.m. According to the reports, 25-year-old Jovani Gomes drove his vehicle eastbound on Lambert Road and crashed into a driver driving northbound on Idaho Street, ultimately involving six cars total.

When the paramedics arrived, they found one of the drivers, 49-year-old Jeanine Salisbury, dead at the scene and another suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. They transported the injured victim to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment. There were two others who were trapped and had to be freed. One of them suffered major injuries and was also taken to a nearby hospital.

The police arrested Gomes and charged him with homicide and driving under the influence.
