Motorcycle Accidents in California
In 2013, almost 500 motorcyclists lost their lives in motorcycle accidents in California. When motorcycle accidents occur at intersections, it’s usually when drivers fail to yield the right-of-way for oncoming motorcyclists by making left turns to early. Because motorcyclists are more exposed than drivers in passenger vehicles, they’re more likely to be seriously harmed.
At Brady Law Group, we work closely with our clients who have lost loved ones in motorcycle accidents because we like to help them gain justices after filing wrongful death lawsuits. We believe it’s not right for families to have to pay for damages and losses that were caused by negligent drivers.
