Vehicle Accidents in California
Studies show that 1 out of every 77 people lose their lives in vehicle accidents every year in the United States. The reason so many vehicle accidents occur is because of driver’s error, which includes speeding, driving distracted, driving under the influence, driving fatigued, and more. There are some cases where malfunctioning auto parts cause accidents, or bad roadways.
The police are currently investigating this accident to determine if other vehicles were involved in the collision but escaped the scene. They’re also inspecting the road way for any large potholes, cracks, or objects. They’re even checking to see if alcohol or drugs were involved. Once they conclude their findings, it’s likely that a wrongful death and personal injury lawsuit will be filed with the help of a California attorney.
